Brief Report of 2023 SITC Ship Management Annual Summary Meeting
On January 26, 2023, "2023 SITC Ship Management Annual Summary Meeting" was held at the Shanghai Zhangjiang Office. All staff of SITC Ship Management (including SITC Crew Shandong, and SITC Crew Shanghai), relevant personnel of SITC Shipowner Management Center attended the meeting through offline and online means.
At the meeting, CEO Yang Xianxiang recognized the work of SITC Ship Management in 2023 and proposed that SITC Ship Management should focus on efficiency and improve work efficiency in the future; Continue to focus on system development, improve organizational structure and management processes. Xue Mingyuan, President of SITC Shipping Group recognized the efforts of SITC Ship Management in organizational structure reform, ship shore communication, and indicator management in 2023, and proposed that SITC Ship Management should focus on market-oriented structure operation and process adjustment, safety management, cost management, and the establishment of a crew quality control system in the new year. All subordinate companies, ship management groups and departments of SITC Ship Management reported the work summary, existing problems in 2023 and next stage work plan of each company, group and department.
Through the one-day meeting, everyone has reached a consensus on common issues and will address them in a targeted manner in subsequent work. Further optimize the structure, improve the system, strengthen departmental coordination, fully utilize the system to improve efficiency and efficiency, and ultimately achieve cost control while ensuring safety, and do a good job in ship maintenance.
