The Direct Service to Hitachinaka by SKT6
At 11 a.m. on February 1st ,2024, a celebration for “SITC Direct Call Service" was held by Hitachinaka Port Promotion Association at the port. Mr. Otani, the President of Hitachinaka Port Promotion Association and serving concurrently the Mayor of Hitachinaka City, attended the event with the port related personnels from Civil Engineering of Ibaraki, and customers’ representatives.
Hitachinaka Port is located at Ibaraki, at the Kanto Region of Japan, which is the 15th port of direct call in SITC Japan routes.
The new route SKT6 not only connect Shanghai, Taicang with Hitchinaka to give quick service for the local customers, but also provide import and export services by using Shanghai part to transit shipment to Thailand, Viet Nam, India, and other ports of Asia. 2024 Logistic Issues and reduce Co2 emissions are the topic of common concerns between SITC and customers. SITC has always adhered to the concept of sustainable development and committed to promoting environmental protection, providing low-carbon and comprehensive logistics cost advantage service to customers.
