Briefing on 2024 First Half Year Training of Vacation Crews of SITC Ship Management
On March 19-20, 2024, the "2024 first half year training of vacation crews of SITC Ship Management" was held in Qingdao Zhiyuanlou Hotel, and 190 vacation crews: Captains, Chief Engineers and Chief officers etc. of SITC fleet participated in the training.
SITC Ship Management General Manager, General Captain, General Chief Engineer, Marine Safety Dept., Marine Superintendent, Tech Superintendent, ISM Office, Commercial Dept., crew company respectively trained the vacation crews through the aspects of ship management structure and management requirements, fleet safety management, ship maintenance management requirements, safety awareness improvement, crew and ship safety, system requirements, operation instructions of the new ship management system, crew management system, crew company management requirements, and put forward opinions and suggestions for future work.
The purpose of this training is to strengthen the safety awareness, operation process, and sense of responsibility of crews in daily work, and improve management ability, coordination and communication ability, and learning ability of crews.
