"Joining Forces for Growth, Creating a Green Future Together" -- SITC Line Qingdao 2024 Team Building Activity
On May 18, 2024, SITC Line Qingdao organized a team building activity with the theme "Joining Forces for Growth, Creating a Green Future Together".
The team building activity consisted of two parts: visiting Smart Logistics for learning and a public welfare environmental protection activity. Firstly, colleagues visited Smart Logistics for learning. With the introduction and explanation from colleagues of the Smart, everyone gained an understanding of the station's business processes, visited the control centre, and learned about container knowledge on-site. Subsequently, colleagues headed to Qingdao Golden Beach to participate in a public welfare environmental protection rubbish collection activity by the sea. Through everyone's collective efforts, the beach environment was revitalised, not only clearing the rubbish but also contributing to maintaining a clean ecological environment for marine life.
This activity not only enriched colleagues' business knowledge but also enhanced everyone's environmental awareness and sense of responsibility. The activity boosted the team's cohesion and centripetal force, while also demonstrating SITC's determination to fulfil its social responsibility for environmental protection. In the future, SITC employees will continue unwaveringly in fulfilling their environmental responsibilities, co-building a better home and contributing to the sustainable development of society.
