Minutes of the New Employee Symposium of SITC Indonesia Depot in 2024



On May 27, 2024, SITC Indonesia Depot organized a symposium for new employees in the meeting room of the company. General Manager Yu Hua, heads of all departments and new employees who entered the company in the past two years attended the meeting.

At the meeting, General Manager Yu Hua expressed a warm welcome to the new employees and introduced SITC's corporate culture and the company's development history. At the same time, he said that the company will focus on the core value of "employees are the wealth of SITC", and further strengthen the care for employees from several aspects such as career planning, physical and mental health, and education level. In the communication, the new employees actively spoke, took the initiative to share their work experience and self-experience after joining the company, and also put forward some problems encountered in daily life.
