JUNE 2024 Management Skills Training – SITC Line Indonesia& SITC Logistics Indonesia
On June 7, 2024, SITC Line Indonesia and SITC Logistics Indonesia 2024 Management Skills Training was officially launched. In this round of training, 10 courses were selected according to the job content and staff needs, which were taught by internal staff lecturers and attended online by all offices.
The first training topics are "Personnel Administration and OA System" and "Customer Management (Information System)". Through training, everyone is more familiar with the operation process of the OA system and has a better understanding of the current customer situation in Indonesia, which strengthens everyone's customer service awareness and ability. The use of the system not only improves work efficiency, but also provides customers with better and efficient services.
