On June 13, 2024, SITC Logistics Zhejiang officially launched the 2024 annual management skills training. The training lasted for 3 months, and was conducted in the form of a combination of three modules: unified video teaching, after-class special discussion and completion of OA test questions.
The first training topic was "Business Analysis Meeting - A Powerful Tool toEnsurethe Implementation of Corporate Strategy". Through presentations and discussions, employees can gain a deeper understanding of the connotation, objectives and significance of the Group's strategy. It can not only enhance employees' sense of belonging and mission, but also stimulate employees' enthusiasm and creativity, so as to be more actively involved in the implementation of work.
