JUNE 2024 Management Skills Training --SITC Indonesia Depot
On June 14, 2024, SITC Indonesia Depot 2024 management skills training was officially opened. According to the actual work needs, a total of 8 courses were selected for this training, which were taught by internal lecturers and attended by video in each office.
The first training topic of this round is "Basic Concepts of Leadership", which guides everyone to understand the basic concepts of leadership and understand the qualities and characteristics of a good leader. In the future work, we will think and solve problems from the perspective of leaders at the same time, and inject new impetus into the long-term and stable development of the depot business.
