June 2024 Management Skills Training--SITC Intelligent Tech.
On June 14, 2024, SITC Intelligent 2024 annual management skills training was officially opened. A total of 13 courses were selected according to the needs of employees in this round of training. It aims to comprehensively improve the professional skills and management level of employees.
If logistics enterprises want to gain advantages in market competition, they must attach great importance to supply chain management, constantly optimize supply chain structure, and enhance the overall competitiveness of supply chain to achieve sustainable development of enterprises. Therefore, the first topic of this year's training was "Coping with Big Changes: Winning the supply chain and reshaping the value chain". Through the training, we fully understand the importance of the supply chain to the company, and will pay more attention to each node of the supply chain in the future work to further improve efficiency and reduce costs.
