2024 Management Skills Training Brief of SITC Logistics Malaysia
In June 2024, Logistics Malaysia's 2024 annual management skills training officially started. This round of training selected 9 courses based on employee needs, and the training was conducted through a combination of video lectures and after-class questions.
This training course mainly focuses on stress management, team building, procurement system evolution, career planning, marketing strategy, customer management, business negotiations, etc., aiming to improve employees' job skills and their own comprehensive abilities through training. It is hoped that through such training activities, employees can better adapt to the needs of work, improve their comprehensive quality, and jointly boost the development of the company.
