June 2024 Management skills Training briefing—SITC E-commerce
On June 14th,2024, SITC E-commerce officially launched the 2024 annual management skills training. The training will last for 3 months, 9 training courses are selected according to business development and employee needs, including risk control, vocational skills, communication skills, sales thinking, employee motivation, plan execution, leadership, etc.
Through the study of the three courses in June, employees can deepen their understanding of financial risk and control, improve their comprehensive skills in daily office work, and broaden their thinking on change for development.
