June 2024 Management Skill Training--SITC Logistics Ho Chi Minh
In June 2024, Logistics Ho Chi Minh annual management skills training sessions was launched as planned. The training sessions contains 3 main courses regarding employee improvement in workplace general ability, project planning and implementation, leader management skill. The training included course knowledge teaching video, dicuss topic and after-class questionaire.
The first training course focused on the SECRETS FOR EFFECTIVE PLANNING AND IMPLEMENTATION OF WORK. The training aims to help employee improve the awareness and planning skills, thereby increasing the efficiency and project management at work. Through this course, we will master the basics of planning and project management. Our employees will be able to better adapt to the needs of their work, improve their overall quality and jointly contribute to the development of the company.
