June 2024 Management Skills Training--SITC LINE MALAYSIA
In June 2023, SITC Container Lines Malaysia kickstarted our Y2024 management skills training. A total of 8 courses has been selected based on the department and functional needs. The training was delivered through a combination of online videos, power point and post-training Q&A session.
The courses cover topics of time management, workplace stress management, leadership, marketing strategy, business negotiation and general workplace skills. The objective of these trainings are to enhance employees' awareness of time management, improve work efficiency, strengthen teamwork capabilities, and build a first-class team to provide customers with more efficient and higher-quality services.
