Management skills training in June 2024--SITC Line Taiwan
SITC Line Taiwan's 2024 management skills training officially started in June. This training program will last for three months, using video teaching combined with after-class discussion and the completion of OA test questions. Depending on the trainees' professional roles, the courses are divided into three categories: general courses, marketing professional courses and financial and human resources professional courses, totaling 18 courses to ensure that employees in different roles receive targeted training.
This round of training session aims to enhance trainees’ the efficient communication skills, develop their structure thinking, and enable them to resolve daily work issues more promptly, thereby improving work efficiency.
