Briefing on 2O, 3O Training before Embark of SITC Ship Management Shanghai
On Jul. 23 2024, the "2O, 3O training before embark of SITC Ship Management Shanghai " was held at the Shanghai Zhangjiang Office, 16 crews participated in the training.
SITC Ship Management Shanghai General Manager, DPA, Tech Superintendent, Marine Superintendent, Communication/Navigation/IT Dept., ISM office, Marine Safety Training Dept., etc., respectively trained the crews through career planning, Guidelines for Preventing Collisions with Commercial Fishing Vessels in China's Coastal Areas, Safety of navigation, Firefighting & Life-Saving Equipment Maintenance, 2O duties, Communication duties, ISM requirement, Crew daily safety, Company safety management system, and put forward opinions and suggestions for future work.
The purpose of this training was to strengthen the safety awareness, operation process, and sense of responsibility in daily work, and improve practical skills, coordination and communication ability, and learning ability.
