Briefing on SITC Logistics 2024 Depot Annual Meeting
On September 29, SITC Logistics 2024 Depot Annual Meeting was held in Shanghai Zhangjiang Office. 30 people, including Yang xianxiang, Chairman of SITC, Yang Xin, Vice Chairman of SITC, and colleagues from SITC Logistics HQ, Depot and regarding specified companies attended the meeting.
At the meeting, Chairman Yang analyzed the cycle of depot industry and proposed all Depots shall improve hardware supporting facilities, pay attention to the selection and training of talents, and continuously improve processes and optimize systems. Subsequently, Chairman Yang commended those Depots with outstanding operational and management performance.
In this meeting, specific requirements were proposed on Depot safety, marketing, fine management, high-quality development, red-line cases, build of integrated Depot system, and digitalization upgrade. Then, the next step's work objectives were clarified. Meanwhile, SITC Operation Management Center and SITC Line Equipment Center also attended the meeting, and put forward management requirements for ESG and coordination with SITC Line.
