Brief Report of 2024 SITC Jan.-Aug. Management Review Meeting and Middle Management Training
From 29th to 30th Sep 2024, SITC held "January-August 2024 Management Review Meeting and Middle Management Training". Yang Xianxiang, Chairman of the Board of Directors of SITC, Xue Mingyuan,CEO, Yang Xin, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors, and persons in charge of each company under SITC and above attended the meeting, while persons at assistant manager level and above of business positions assigned by the business group attended the meeting as observers.
At the meeting, Mr Xie Shaoyi, Chief Independent Non-executive Director, and Mr Gu Bing, Vice President of Team Products, shared their views on the topic of "Application of Artificial Intelligence in Enterprise Management". Chairman Yang Xianxiang summarised the significant changes of SITC in 2024, analysed the world economic environment and the trend outlook of the shipping industry, in the future, SITC should focus on the development of information technology, safety production and talent reserve to get ready for the next cycle. CEO Mingyuan Xue proposed that out of the comfort zone, it is necessary to set goals, break through bottlenecks and continue to innovate; responsibilities, rights and benefits are clear and continuously promote the digital refinement of management.
The general manager of each center of the group headquarters and the president of the business group summarized their work and reported their work plan for the next stage.
