“Unite and Forge Ahead; Join Hands with SITC for a Brilliant Future.” – 2024 SITC Line Malaysia Teambuilding Activities Briefing
On 12 & 13 October 2024, all employees of SITC Line Malaysia gathered in Ipoh, Malaysia for a unique team-building event.
The activities began with communication skills training aimed at helping employees to understand each other’s diverse personality traits and working styles, fostering mutual understanding and respect, and enhancing effective communication skills. The event also included outdoor team games that are designed for the employees to put their newly acquired knowledge into practice. In a series of outdoor team games, all employees were actively applied the communication skills to collaborate with each other and overcome the challenges. In a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere, friendships among colleagues were deepened, and teamwork capabilities were significantly improved.
This team-building event not only enhanced employees’ communication skills and strengthened team cohesion but also motivated them to create values for the company. We will approach future challenges with a more optimistic mindset, foster teamwork in the workplace, and collaboratively drive the prosperity and development of SITC.
