"Love SITC and Give Back to the Society" --2024 SITC Line Thailand Team Building Activity
November 30th to December 1st, 2024, SITC Line Thailand held the team building activity in Pattaya with the theme of "Love SITC and Give Back to the Society".
On the day of the activity, everyone went to the Banglamung orphanage to send warmth and care to children with practical actions. Everyone deeply understood and experienced the importance of social responsibility. Cleaning up garbage and waste on the beach and reviewing SITC DNA through group games have enhanced everyone's awareness of caring for the beach and protecting the ocean, enhanced everyone's sense of identity with the corporate culture, and clarified how to practice these core values in future work.
This team-building activity has enhanced everyone's teamwork spirit, improved the team's cohesion and social responsibility, and strengthened employees' sense of belonging to the company. All employees of SITC Line Thailand will devote themselves to work with a more positive attitude, continue to practice SITC DNA, and contribute more to the long-term development of the company.
