SITC 2024 Annual Review Meeting Briefing
On February 15, 2025, SITC held 2024 annual review meeting. Chairman of the Board of Directors Yang Xianxiang, CEO Xue Mingyuan, heads of each company and above attended the meeting, and all the staff of SITC's subsidiaries participated in the meeting by online video.
At the meeting, Chairman of the Board Yang Xianxiang summarized the company's performance in 2024, analyzed the global economic situation, geopolitical relations and external country reforms and other global change factors, put forward the direction and focus of work of each business group in 2025, and emphasized that the company should dare to innovate, pay attention to the application of AI and information system construction, and plan for the introduction of high-quality talents. CEO Xue Mingyuan further summarized the main work and achievements, and requested each company to strengthen the introduction of high-quality talents and team performance appraisal in the new year, deepen the concept of safe operation, and combine the actual situation of each region to output sustainable service products. The functional centers of the Group headquarters introduced the main contents of the revised compilation of the Group's systems, and the operation management center introduced the analysis of the company's ESG rating and improvement measures.
Representatives of the winning teams of SITC Excellent Contribution Reward and Chairman's Special Award for the year 2024 were presented with awards to reward the outstanding teams or individuals who are brave to innovate, challenge, and work with one heart and one mind in their own work.
