SITC Administrative Training Briefing 2025
On March 15-16, 2025, 2025 SITC Administrative Staff Training was held in Shanghai Zhangjiang Office. The administrative staff of SITC subordinate companies participated in the training through on-site and online ways.
At the meeting, Chairman Yang Xianxiang emphasized SITC values, strategies and genes, and asked the company to take the initiative to absorb high-quality talents and implement AI to help system process optimization and business operation. CEO Xue Mingyuan further proposed that executives should deeply understand the system and implement it. The importance of corporate culture was re-emphasized, while requirements were made for the work and assessment of administrative staff.
The Administrative Center of the Group Headquarter explained the revision of the administrative personnel system and shared the notes on daily work. Mainland China administrative staff were trained on legal topics.
