SITC Line Shanghai 2025 Management Skills Training Brief
On April 9, 2025, the annual management skills training for SITC Line Shanghai was officially launched.The first training session focused on "How to Build a High-Efficiency Customer Service Center".
The course focused on task promotion, process optimization, and team collaboration.
Through the combination of case studies and practical exercises, it helped the trainees master the methods of efficient task decomposition, execution follow-up, and result feedback. Everyone actively participated in the interaction and discussed the difficulties in task promotion in their daily work.
