Spring Greenery in Action: Embracing the ESG Commitment--2025 SITC Dalian Tree-Planting Event Brief
As spring graces the land with blooming flowers and gentle breezes, on April 12, 2025, SITC employees in the Dalian region gathered at the Huayun Peony Garden in Lvshun, Dalian, to participate in a tree-planting event themed “Spring Greenery in Action: Embracing the ESG Commitment.”
The event featured a diverse range of meaningful activities, including voluntary tree planting, litter cleanup, and a green sharing session. During the tree-planting activities, colleagues worked seamlessly together—digging, planting, tamping the soil, and watering the young trees with care and coordination.revisiting the same place, participants also revisited the maple and crabapple trees planted last year, tending to them with fresh soil and water. In the garbage picking session, team members walked along the garden paths, actively picking up scattered litter to help maintain a clean and beautiful environment.This year also marked the third edition of the “Green Sharing” initiative. Employees voluntarily contributed a total of 94 items, exchanging them to give unused items a renewed purpose and value.
This ESG event added a vibrant touch of green to the city and reflected SITC’s ongoing dedication to environmental protection and sustainable development.
