SITC Line Malaysia April 2025 Management Skills Training Briefing
In April 2025, SITC Lines Malaysia officially launched 2025 yearly management skills training program.
The training is conducted interactively through a diversified way of learning with “video lectures + Power-Point presentations + post-training quiz”, to increase engagement and improve training effectiveness. Course topics included the application of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in the workplace, customer relationship management and general workplace competencies etc. These courses were dedicated to enhance employees’ personal growth, boost work efficiency, and strengthen team collaboration.
