April 2025 Management Skills Training Brief--SITC Line Ningbo
In April 2025, SITC Line Ningbo officially launched its annual Management Skills Training. This year's training focuses on three key dimensions: "Strategy Implementation, Team Empowerment, and Individual Growth", including core courses such as "execution capability upgrade, leadership leapfrogging, strategic thinking breakthrough, personal efficiency refinement, organizational vitality stimulation, and knowledge management system development". This training program not only comprehensively enhances employees' execution capabilities and innovative thinking, but also empowers middle management in their pivotal bridging role, driving deeper penetration of corporate strategy at the grassroots level.
