2025 SITC Line Taiwan Management skills Training briefing
SITC Line Taiwan officially started its Management Skills Training Program in April 2025.
The training includes five main topics: communication skills, using AI tools, time management, team building, and basic finance. Lessons are given through videos, and employees will write short reflections afterward to help them understand and apply what they learned.
Through the training to improve team management efficiency and adaptability, strengthen cooperation, and boosting overall performance and helping the company grow stronger in the future.
