Management Skills Training 2025--SITC Malaysia Depot
On April 2025, SITC Malaysia Depot officially launched Annual Management Skills Training. Aligned with the company’s development needs, this training included a total of 8 courses, covering various areas, including office skills, business communication, and stress management.
The training program combines structured learning with reflective sharing, aimed at strengthening employees’ core competencies and enhancing their professional mindset. The addition of experience sharing and interactive exchange sessions not only improves employees’ technical skills but also reinforces their psychological resilience in coping with workplace challenges.
