SITC Shipping Management Skills Training 2025
SITC SHIP MANAGEMENT SHANGHAI successfully held the second management skills training session on May 17, 2025. This training is an important part of the company's management capability improvement plan. It consists of 10 professional courses and will be completed in three sessions.
The curriculum system covers multiple fields such as digital management, efficient management skills, workplace psychological adjustment, and the application of intelligent AI. It aims to comprehensively enhance the management level of the team, strengthen team collaboration, improve the efficiency of cross-departmental collaboration, and at the same time make a solid management foundation for the safe operation of ships through systematic training.
