On June 7, 2025, SITC E-commerce launched a team-building activity with the theme of "Uniting Hearts and Gathering Strength, Striving Endlessly".
On that day, employees went to SMART Terminal for a study visit. They observed the cargo operation process on-site and engaged in discussions with the staff. This gave them a more intuitive and clear understanding of the front-end and back-end processes of their daily work. Moreover, they actively asked questions and explored further, demonstrating great enthusiasm for learning.
After the visit, the employees moved to the picturesque Tangdao Bay for outdoor fun activities. They worked in groups to complete challenging tasks such as the Magic Cube Transformation, Colleague Portrait Drawing, and Bay-Circling Cycling. Amidst laughter and joy, the employees grew closer emotionally, and the team's cohesion was further enhanced.
This team-building activity not only deepened the employees' understanding of business operations but also promoted communication and collaboration among team members.
