"Enjoy Collaboration, Build Unity" --SITC Zhangjiang Office Group Building Event Briefing
On June 7, 2025, the atmosphere in the Zhangjiang office group building of SITC was lively, and more than 20 team members gathered together to successfully carry out the theme team building activity of "Enjoying Collaboration, Building Together". Although the hiking activity originally planned in Liandong Park was blocked by the rainstorm, it gave birth to a new office building "Creative Games". In the sound of rain, fun games unlocked the unique new experience of team collaboration.
Four teams have successively challenged projects such as "Traveling Thousands of Miles with Pearls" and "Guessing Idioms with Emoji". Table tennis relay tests teamwork, facial expressions and word guessing stimulate creative imagination, and laughter echoes on site. Members break down departmental barriers through fun confrontations, gradually building a closer collaborative network through strategic communication and role complementarity.
This team building was conducted in the form of indoor fun games, allowing members to deepen trust through strategic collisions and tacit cooperation, and to unite team strength through collaboration and joy. In the future, we will continue to stimulate organizational vitality through innovative forms, transform the collaborative wisdom accumulated in team building into collaborative momentum in our work, and join hands to embark on a more challenging new journey.
