Management Skills Training 2025 – SITC Logistics Hochiminh
Recently, SITC Logistics Ho Chi Minh successfully completed a comprehensive skills training program covering five key modules: After-sales customer service techniques, Collaboration And Team Building, Problem-Solving And Decision-Making, Supply Chain Management and Warehouse Management. Employees from multiple departments actively participated in the training.
Through hands-on exercises and case studies, employees significantly improved in areas such as customer communication, process coordination, and the efficiency of warehouse and supply chain operations.
