Management Skills Training Briefing in 2025--SITC Line Indonesia & SITC Logistics Indonesia
In June 2025, SITC Line Indonesia and SITC Logistics Indonesia annual management skills training was officially launched. The training is conducted through a combination of online training and offline after-class discussions by internal outstanding employee representatives. The course content covered multiple professional fields such as Batam business introduction, Indonesian market trends and competitor analysis, comparison of major terminals, explanation of customs regulations, tax policy introduction and financial process system.
This training aims to improve the comprehensive business capability of our employees, focusing on the business connection between shipping and logistics group, helping employees to deeply understand the overall business structure and operation logic, further promoting SITC's business integration and collaborative operation in the Indonesian market, and providing a solid management talent guarantee for the company's sustainable development.
