Management Skills Training Briefing in 2025--SITC Logistics Thailand
From April to June 2025, SITC Logistics Thailand completed a series of management skill training courses for the year 2025.
This round of training combined video lectures with practical case studies from port operations, covering modules such as goal management, marketing, key account sales, leadership development, and supply chain management. A total of nine training courses were selected based on the needs of various departments.
The training aimed to enhance employees' professional competencies and comprehensive skills through multi-dimensional course learning, promote cross-departmental collaboration and the efficient achievement of team goals, continuously empower both employees and the organization, and contribute positively to the company's sustainable development.
