"Picking Grape Fragrance, Protecting Ecology Together" -- SITC Line Qingdao 2025 Team Building Activity
On September 13, 2025, SITC Line Qingdao organized a team-building activity themed "Picking Grape Fragrance and Protecting Ecology Together".
This activity was carefully designed with diverse segments, including grape ecology course learning and team-building games, seamlessly integrating the learning of natural ecology knowledge with the enhancement of team collaboration. Through the grape ecology course learning and grape picking, everyone gained insights into the core advantages and diverse varieties of grapes produced in Dazeshan, the environmental protection measures during the planting process, as well as the impact and value on the local economy and society. The team-building games pushed the atmosphere of the event to a climax. Games like Da Vinci Code and 60 Seconds or Less stimulated everyone's innovative thinking, bridged the gap between them, strengthened their communication and rapport, and injected new vitality into the team.
This team-building activity not only strengthened communication and exchanges among everyone through interactive games, enhancing team cohesion, but also, through hands-on experiences and learning about ecological knowledge, improved everyone's understanding of ecological diversity and awareness of ecological protection. It represents the deep understanding and vivid practice of the ESG concept by SITC.
