2025 First Batch of New Staff Training Briefing
From September 13 to 17, 2025, the new staff training session for new employees was held in Zhangjiang, Shanghai. This program comprised 48 new staffs from 28 branches. Fourteen executives, including SITC Chairman Yang Xianxiang and CEO Xue Mingyuan, served as internal trainers. Chairman Yang Xianxiang introduced company strategy, management systems, and work experience while engaging in interactive discussions with participants. emphasizing the importance of effective communication and continuous learning for new staffs to fully empower them. CEO Xue Mingyuan analyzed how new staff development should align with the company's strategic direction, offering numerous suggestions for staff growth. Other instructors drew upon their extensive work experience and professional expertise to explain core concepts across various business segments in accessible terms. Combining classroom instruction with open Q&A sessions, they effectively enhanced participants' understanding and engagement.
The dock boarding tour and on-site operational demonstrations provided trainees with hands-on experience, offering a systematic and profound understanding of vessel loading/unloading, ship structures, and terminal workflows.
Through this training, participants gained a comprehensive understanding of the company's regulations, business segments, and a profound sense of its corporate culture. Moving forward, they will transform these learnings into new momentum for efficient work, joining SITC in embarking on new journeys and creating excellence together.
