SITC &Hisense Joint Venture -SITC Logistics Asean (Thailand) Company Limited Signing Ceremony was Successfully Held
On September 23, 2025, SITC and Hisense held the signing ceremony for the establishment of SITC Logistics Asean (Thailand) Company Limited in Bangkok, Thailand. Yang Xianxiang, Chairman of SITC, Jia Shaoqian, Chairman of Hisense Group, Gao Yuling, President of Hisense Home Appliances, and other relevant personnel attended the ceremony.
The establishment of SITC Logistics Asean (Thailand) Company Limited, followed the set up of SITC Logistics (Vietnam) Company Limited in 2024, is another milestone in the long-term close strategic cooperation between the two sides in Asean countries. SITC will make full use of its high-frequency and efficient line service network and advanced mature logistics operation mode in Asia, learn from successful overseas joint venture cooperation cases, deeply participate in Hisense's integrated supply chain planning and construction, so as to achieve its management goal of reducing cost and increasing efficiency.
In the future, SITC Logistics Asean ( Thailand ) Company Limited will base on Asean, radiate to the world, give full play to the advantages of both sides, and jointly build an international, professional and intelligent supply chain logistics service platform. Meanwhile, it will actively expand external customers and markets in the increasingly vibrant Thailand manufacturing base, help more and more customers to build an efficient supply chain system，integrating intelligent manufacturing, marketing and distribution, and enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises.
