“One Team , Green Team-Building”--SITC Line Korea 2025 team building briefing
On October 18, 2025, SITC Line Korea held a team-building activity with the theme "One Team, Green Team-Building".
First, employees visited Hanjin Incheon Terminal. With professional guidance, they learned about how automated loading/unloading works and key points of container management. They also learned about the terminal’s green measures, like using new energy equipment. Then, they moved to the activity area for team games. Through four activities—tug-of-war, group rope skipping, shuttlecock relay and one-legged collision relay—employees got closer and worked better together.
This team-building activity improved both "business knowledge and team unity". Employees learned about container operations on-site, which helps optimize future line work. It also made the team more united. Besides, learning the terminal’s green measures and building team responsibility showed ESG practice. In the future, the company will keep integrating ESG into work and employee activities to develop together.
