“Stronger Together, Achieving Goals”-- 2025 SITC Indonesia Region Team Building Activity Briefing
Under the theme "Unity in Action, Achieving Our Vision" SITC Indonesia organized a large-scale synchronized beach team-building event on October 25, 2025, simultaneously engaging employees in Jakarta, Surabaya, Semarang, Makassar, and Palu.
The activity leveraged Indonesia’s unique archipelago landscape to design collaborative marine-based games, including races and exploration, fostering camaraderie and reinforcing the spirit of teamwork among staff.
The event incorporated a meaningful beach clean-up session, encouraging employees to actively collect marine debris while appreciating the natural environment.
