One Heart, One Rhythm, One Victory--SITC Zhangjiang Office Group Building Event Briefing
On October 18, 2025, more than 20 colleagues from Shanghai Zhangjiang Office participated in a team-building event themed "One Heart, One Rhythm, One Victory".
The participants were divided into three groups to complete a series of fun and engaging activities, including Drumming in Unison, Chicken Laying Eggs, and Running in All Directions. Running in All Directions tested both physical strength and perseverance, showcasing each participant's vitality and creativity. In Drumming in Unison, with one collective breath, the ball soared into the air, bouncing continuously on the synchronized drum, reflecting both focus and teamwork. Unity, synchronization, and resonance were the keys—it was through concerted efforts and mutual encouragement that the joy of synchronized success was achieved.
This team-building event enhanced trust and collaborative capabilities among employees, boosting team awareness and health consciousness, and yielding both physical and mental benefits. Amidst the pressures of intense work, it provided an opportunity for everyone to release stress, unwind, and strengthen their sense of belonging, demonstrating the company's care and attention to employees' mental well-being.
