“Extract Wisdom from Lakes and Mountains, Fulfill the Pact of Lucid Waters and Lush Mountains”—2025 SITC Wuhan Region Team Building Activity
On November 15, 2025, SITC Wuhan region held a team building activity themed "Extract Wisdom from Lakes and Mountains, Fulfill the Pact of Lucid Waters and Lush Mountains".
The activity consisted of two major sessions: "Garbage Cleanup and Classification Drive" and "Fun Environmental Challenge". In the garbage cleanup and classification practice, colleagues held cleaning tools, divided tasks in an orderly manner and collaborated closely. They carefully collected waste and sorted it for disposal, safeguarding the natural ecology through practical actions. In the subsequent fun activity session, interactive programs such as environmental knowledge quizzes and team collaboration games allowed everyone to exercise logical thinking and teamwork skills in a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere. It also further deepened their understanding of garbage classification, low-carbon lifestyle and ESG concepts.
This team building activity not only promoted communication and trust among colleagues, but also integrated environmental awareness into team building. It effectively enhanced employees' recognition of the company's sustainable development values. In the future, we will continue to promote the advocacy and implementation of ESG concepts, contributing to the harmonious development of the company, society and the environment.
