On November 8, 2025, the staff team-building activity with the theme of "Intelligence, Fun, and Bravery in Challenges, Skillful Creation of Environmental Art" was successfully held at the SITC Zhangjiang Office. Colleagues actively participated, and the atmosphere on the spot was lively.
During the event, everyone was divided into two teams and successively challenged a series of fun tasks such as "Bean Picking with Chopsticks", "30-Box Memory Game", "Color Matching", and "Stacking Tower". In "Bean Picking with Chopsticks", they competed in patience and concentration; in the "Memory Game", they were tested in brainpower and teamwork. Laughter filled the "Color Matching" session, and "Stacking Tower" pushed the tension and joy to a climax. In the subsequent DIY cute pet making session, everyone exerted their creativity and made them by hand. Each cute and interesting work showcased the employees' ingenuity and individuality.
This team-building activity not only brought colleagues closer together, but also enhanced team cohesion and trust through relaxed interaction. Everyone released stress during the activities and strengthened their sense of belonging through collaboration, achieving a dual relaxation of both body and mind.
