SITC 2025 Shanghai Regional Employee Symposium Briefing
On November 20, 2025, the SITC 2025 Shanghai Regional Employee Symposium was held at the Zhangjiang Office Building in Shanghai. Attendees included Yang Xianxiang, Chairman of the Board of SITC, Xue Mingyuan, CEO of SITC, Li Xiangsheng, President of SITC Lines, Zhang Haiyu, Assistant President of SITC Shipping, Guo Ruqian, President Assistant of SITC Logistics; relevant company heads and 20 employees from the Shanghai region.
During the meeting, Chairman Yang emphasized that employees should proactively identify issues in their work to lay the groundwork for optimizing processes, enhancing efficiency, improving services, and elevating customer experience. New employees actively shared insights based on their observations and reflections since joining the company, proposing numerous constructive suggestions across dimensions including efficiency enhancement, cost control, process optimization, and artificial intelligence.
