Briefing on the Second Batch of New Employee Training for 2025



From November 19th to November 22nd, 2025, the second batch of new employee training for 2025 was held in Zhangjiang, Shanghai. This training session was composed of 43 new employees from 28 branches. Yang Xianxiang, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of SITC, and Xue Mingyuan, the CEO of SITC, and other 14 management personnel, served as internal trainers, introducing the company's strategy, management systems, work experience, and communicating with the trainees.

This training covered 16 courses in five aspects. During the training, Chairman Yang Xianxiang reviewed the development history of SITC, emphasizing the significance of pursuing excellence, daring to try, and being innovative for new employees, and empowering them comprehensively. CEO Xue Mingyuan deeply analyzed how new employees should align with the company's strategic direction and achieve value alignment with the company. Other trainers, combining their own work experience and professional knowledge, gave detailed explanations of the main businesses of each department, deepening the trainees' understanding through a combination of classroom teaching and open Q&A sessions.

The on-site visit to the terminal and the explanation of on-site operations provided trainees with an intuitive opportunity for on-site experience, giving them a more concrete understanding of ship stowage and handling, ship structure, and terminal work processes.

Through this training, trainees not only gained a comprehensive understanding of the company's rules and regulations and business segments but also had a deeper understanding of the company's corporate culture and strategy. What each trainee has learned today will flow into the torrent of the company's future development, creating new value together with the company.
