On November 29, 2025, SITC Nanjing journeyed to the Niushou Mountain Cultural Tourism Zone for a team building activity themed "Set Sail with the Breeze, Ascend to Embrace Jinling's Soul."
The event harmonized green initiatives with cultural immersion. As participants hiked the mountain trails, they collectively cleared litter and sorted waste, embodying respect for nature through action. During the cultural exploration, the group delved into Niushou Mountain’s architectural elegance and historical legacy, further deepening their awareness of heritage preservation through engaging dialogues.
This team-building activity, by integrating nature experiences with cultural reflections, effectively improved communication among employees and enhanced the team's environmental awareness and sense of social responsibility, injecting new vitality into future collaborative work.
