"Converging Streams Form the Sea, Gathering Hearts Leads to Abundance"--SITC Logistics Qingdao 2025 team building briefing
From December 13th to 14th, 2025, SITC Logistics Qingdao held its 2025 annual team-building event under the theme of "Converging Streams into the Sea, Gathering Hearts for Abundance" in the Mingshui Ancient City of Zhangqiu.
Coinciding with the first snow of winter, colleagues were divided into groups and engaged in snow-based offensive and defensive competitions, jointly building fortifications and designing tactics. In a cheerful atmosphere, they enhanced cross-departmental collaboration and overall cohesion.
This team-building event, using ice and snow as a medium, not only provided employees with a platform to relieve stress and have in-depth exchanges but also further honed the team's on-site coordination and adaptability.
