“Joining Hands with Children, Walking Together with Warmth” -- 2025 SITC Myanmar Team Building Activity
On December 20 & 21,2025, all members of SITC Line Myanmar and SITC Logistics Myanmar participated in a team-building activity themed "Joining Hands with Children, Walking Together with Warmth" in Ngwe Saung.
During the event, the team visited the YGW Orphanage, donating funds, stationery and snacks to the children. And also interacted and communicated with the children, demonstrating the company's care and responsibility through the practical actions.
Afterwards, the company organized several simple and fun team-building activities and sharing sessions, employees deepened their understanding and build trust through collaboration, interaction and open communication, creating a relaxed, enjoyable, and energetic atmosphere.
Through this team-building activity, everyone felt warmth through public service, improved their teamwork and communication efficiency through interaction, and further enhanced team cohesion and a sense of belonging. The spirit of mutual assistance, care, and responsibility advocated by the activity will continue to inspire everyone to work together and grow together in the future.
