Rooted in Green, Growing Together--2026 Line Ningbo Team-Building Activity Briefing
On March 14, 2026, all employees of Line Ningbo visited Ningbo Academician Park to participate in a team-building activity themed “Rooted in Green, Growing Together”.
At 9:00 a.m., the team walked along the "Academicians’ Path" where the life stories of distinguished Ningbo-born academicians such as Tong Dizhou and Tan Jiazhen gradually unfolded along the route. Their scientific spirit and patriotic sentiment were quietly conveyed with every step. During the tree adoption ceremony, employee representatives placed adoption plaques on three Podocarpus trees, and all participants gathered beneath them for a group photo to commemorate this meaningful moment. In front of the academicians’ statues, everyone stood in silent tribute, drawing inspiration from these great minds and gaining strength to move forward.
This team-building activity integrated social responsibility into team development, conveying the green concept through the adoption of ancient trees and forging team cohesion through the spirit of the academicians. As a tree draws its strength from deep roots, so a team draws its power from united hearts.
