Paddle Through the Waves, Reap the Reward --2026 SITC Zhangjiang Office Team Building Event
On May 23–24, 2026, over 190 leaders and colleagues from the Shanghai Zhangjiang office gathered at Jinji Lake in Suzhou for a team-building event themed “Paddle Through the Waves, Reap the Rewards.”
The event combined ship model building on land with dragon boat racing on the water. On land, participants worked together to build the boat, paint its hull, and lift the keel with their combined strength. As colors converged on the hull, the boat took shape and was set upon the ground through the united efforts of everyone. During the dragon boat race on the water, everyone rowed in unison through the waves, their oars cutting through the water. The rhythmic chants of the crew merged individual heartbeats into a single, powerful force. Using the water as their canvas and the oars as their brushes, they supported one another, moving in perfect harmony, and through their actions, vividly demonstrated the spirit of “collaboration and responsibility.”
Only by pulling together can we move forward steadily and achieve long-term success. The rapport and trust fostered during this team-building event will fuel our collaboration in our daily work. With a shared vision, we will row through the waves and ride the currents as we advance on the journey toward the company’s high-quality development.
