2026 SITC SHIPPING Management Skills Training briefing
The 2026 annual management skills training program of SITC SHIPPING has officially begun. For the first time, a training method combining offline centralized training by levels and online training by company units has been adopted.
On May 30th, the first offline course was completed. After a day of the two courses, "Activating the 'Responsibility Energy' of the Organization" and "Mindset Breakthrough Workshop", it helped everyone strengthen the professional awareness of taking responsibility actively, guided everyone to break through the fixed thinking limitations, and optimize work methods and solve implementation problems from a new perspective.
