Line Dalian 2026 Management Skills Training Brief



In June 2026, Line Dalian officially launched its Management Skills Training Program. Based on employee development priorities and business needs, 14 courses were selected across departments, focusing on service excellence, cross-functional collaboration, innovation, sales effectiveness, and digital capability enhancement.

The program commenced with the opening course, “Enhancing Customer Satisfaction Through Empathy.” Through interactive discussions and experience sharing, employees explored how to better understand customer needs, identify service improvement opportunities, and embed empathy into daily operations.
